Cheerleading for children from age 8 at PALMA Studio in Wrocław's Krzyki district. Dance, rhythm, team energy and real physical training — in a small group where the trainer sees every child, and where English-speaking kids fit right in alongside Polish, Ukrainian and Russian speakers. Classes take place in our own studio, not a rented school gym.

The start is a warm-up to music — running, jumps, arm work and joint mobilisation. Cheerleading combines dance with sport, so the body has to be ready for both before we move into choreography.
Then comes the fitness block: strengthening the legs, core and back, jumps, balance and flexibility work. This is the part that makes the routines look effortless — the child simply has the strength to perform them.
The biggest block is technique and choreography: the signature sharp arm positions, dance steps, work in rhythm and synchronisation with the group. We learn in short fragments, repeat them, and only then glue them into a whole, so the child always knows where they stand.
Acrobatic and show elements come in gradually, as the group progresses, and always with spotting — never "cutting corners" to make some deadline. Classes end with stretching and winding down.
It all happens in our studio in Krzyki: the same room, the same people, a fixed slot in the week. For your child that means a predictable rhythm; for you, one place you know you are driving to.
Live schedule from the booking system — refreshed every 15 minutes.
Single entries and passes can be bought online in the Fitssey system — via Przelewy24 (BLIK) or bank transfer; you can also pay in cash at the studio. Passes are valid for 30 days from the first visit.
A trial class costs 50 zł — a one-off entry, with no obligations.
See the price listCheerleading at PALMA is taught from age 8. Younger children are welcome at our combined classes — gymnastics, acrobatics and dance — which accept children from age 2 and build exactly the base cheerleading later stands on. Groups are matched by age and level.
Both — and that is its greatest strength. From dance it takes rhythm, choreography and work on expression; from sport, the warm-up, strengthening, jumps, flexibility and acrobatic elements. A child who loves music gets a proper workout too, and a physically able child learns to steer movement consciously and in rhythm.
No. We start from the basics: the warm-up, arm positions, steps and work in rhythm. Acrobatic elements come in gradually, at the group's pace and always with the trainer spotting — a child attempts something new only once they are ready. Gymnastics experience helps, but it is not a requirement.
We work to make it so: a full warm-up before every class, elements broken into small steps, the trainer spotting the harder figures, and small groups in which the trainer sees every child. We are also bound by the Child Protection Standards — the document is public and you can read it in full in the Documents section.
Show elements come in as the group progresses — once a routine is mastered and the children feel confident in it. We do not promise any calendar of performances or competitions up front: the priority is safe, calm learning, not making a date. We keep parents informed about a group's concrete plans as they take shape.
Comfortable sportswear: leggings or shorts and a fitted T-shirt, in socks. Hair tied back, jewellery off. A bottle of water — and that is it; no pom-poms or kit to buy, the equipment is at the studio. If your child speaks English rather than Polish, just mention it — the trainers switch languages easily.
A trial class costs 50 zł — a one-off entry with no obligations. You book your child in online in the Fitssey system: choose a slot in the schedule and reserve a place. After the trial class you decide at your own pace whether to buy a pass.
You can cancel a booking for children's classes without losing the entry up to 2 hours before the start — yourself, in the Fitssey app, in the "My classes" tab. After that time the class counts as used, and the entry is taken from the pass.
Come in, meet the studio and your trainer, get a feel for the atmosphere — a trial class costs 50 zł and commits you to nothing. Booking online in Fitssey takes a moment.
