Studio rules
Rules for using classes, passes, bookings and cancellations, as well as the organisation of PALMA Studio.
Child Protection Standards
A document required by law (the so-called "Lex Kamilek") for organisations working with children — it describes the rules for the safety and protection of minors at the studio.
A safe place for children — short version
A short, child-friendly version of the Child Protection Standards (poster): the key rules of safety and respect during classes, and who to contact when a child needs help.
Parent / guardian consent
Consent for a child to take part in classes, along with the necessary statements. You can fill it in and sign it online.
Trial class questionnaire for children
A short health and logistics questionnaire that parents complete before a child’s first (trial) class.
Statement for pregnant women
A statement of no medical contraindications to taking part in classes during pregnancy. To be filled in and signed online.
