Coordination, strength and confidence from the earliest years.
See the classAt PALMA Studio in Wrocław's Krzyki district we run sports and dance classes for children from as young as 2: gymnastics, acrobatics and dance, cheerleading, ballroom dance, and Teen flow for teenagers. The youngest, aged 2–3.5, train in a “parent and child” format; from 3.5 children train on their own under the trainers' care. Groups are matched by age and level.
Our combined classes (gymnastics, acrobatics, dance) start as early as age 2: from 2 to 3.5 years in a “parent and child” format, and from 3.5 years children train on their own — without parents in the room, under the full care of trainers who help them settle in. Ballroom dance starts at 5, cheerleading at 8, and Teen flow is training for teenagers aged 12–16. The easiest way to begin is a trial class: book your child in online and come and see what the training looks like.

See the classWe work in line with the Child Protection Standards — written rules that spell out how we look after children's safety and privacy in the studio. The document is public: you can download and read it in full before you book your child into a class. If anything raises questions after reading, we are happy to answer in person or by phone.
