Gymnastics, Acrobatics & Dance (Gimnastyka, akrobatyka i taniec) for children from age 2 at PALMA Studio in Wrocław's Krzyki district. Children aged 2–3.5 train with a parent; from 3.5 they train on their own under a trainer's care. Small groups matched by age and level, trainers who also speak English for expat families, and a no-obligation trial class to start with.

Classes start with a warm-up in the form of play — running, hopping, simple exercises that wake the body up and let the child "arrive" in the room. Only warm muscles work on gymnastics and acrobatics, so this part is never cut short.
The middle of the class is work on concrete skills: coordination, balance, whole-body strength and, with time, elements of acrobatics — rolls, the bridge, handstands. Everything is broken into small steps and practised with the trainer spotting, so a child attempts something new only once they are ready for it.
A dance section rounds off the class: simple choreography, rhythm and music, through which the child learns to steer movement consciously and remember sequences. To finish — stretching and winding down.
In the 2–3.5 group everything happens together with the parent: you spot, demonstrate and praise, while the trainer leads. For a toddler it is a safe first contact with the training room; for you, time genuinely spent together. From age 3.5, children train on their own and parents wait outside the room, so the little ones can focus on the trainer and the group.

See the price listOur combined classes — gymnastics, acrobatics and dance — start from age 2. Children aged 2 to 3.5 train in a "parent and child" format, and from 3.5 on their own, without a parent in the room. Groups are matched by age and level, so a two-year-old will never land in a class with a seven-year-old.
Above all coordination, balance, whole-body strength and flexibility — the movement base your child will draw on in every other activity. On top of that come support for correct posture, movement memory, and confidence that grows with every new skill mastered. We work without pressure to perform: what counts is a particular child's progress, not comparison with the group.
Comfortable clothes: a gymnastics leotard, or leggings and a fitted T-shirt. Gymnastics, acrobatics and dance are done in socks — no shoes. Tie hair back and take jewellery off. Mats and equipment are provided at the studio, so clothes and a bottle of water are all you need.
Yes, as long as they are taught gradually and with spotting — and that is exactly how we work. Every element is broken into smaller steps, we start with a full warm-up, and a child does the harder exercises with the trainer spotting and on a mat. Groups are small, so the trainer sees every child. We also work in line with the Child Protection Standards — the document is public and available in the Documents section.
Gymnastics is the broad base: coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and posture work. Acrobatics is the concrete elements built on that base — rolls, the bridge, handstands. With us there is no need to choose: in one class your child gets gymnastics, acrobatics and a dance section, and the trainer adjusts the proportions to the group's age and ability.
In the 2–3.5 group a parent's presence is required — it is a "parent and child" format and you exercise together. For children from age 3.5, classes run without parents in the room: the trainers take full care of the children and help them settle in, and the little ones focus faster when they are not scanning the room for mum or dad. Trainers speak English, Ukrainian and Russian as well as Polish, so a language gap is no barrier for your child.
A trial class costs 50 zł — a one-off entry with no obligations, so you can calmly check out the room, the trainer and the atmosphere. You book your child in online in the Fitssey system. Only after that do you decide about a pass.
You can cancel a booking for children's classes without losing the entry up to 2 hours before the start — yourself, in the Fitssey app, in the "My classes" tab. Cancelling later means the class counts as used, and the entry is taken from the pass.
